We have many exciting ways in which you can volunteer to help us in our Community Trust and develop your own skills as well.
Coach Volunteers
Wanting to develop your coaching skills or just wanting some experience in helping to play a positive role in the community?
We have a variety of opportunities available for willing volunteers to help us across our Skills Schools, Pre-Academy and Nursery Sessions.
All coach volunteers will need to successfully pass our Child Protection screening (Protection of Vulnerable Groups certificate and Safeguarding Training).

Football Leaders
School aged students now have the exciting opportunity to link up with Highlife Highland’s Young Leaders programme and join our ‘Football Leaders’ initiative. This gives you as a young leader an opportunity to develop as a coach while also completing important leadership hours that count towards your levels.

Support Volunteers
We have many exciting projects working primarily with adults, the elderly and vulnerable groups.
All support volunteers will need to successfully pass our safeguarding screening (Protection of Vulnerable Groups certificate and Safeguarding Training).

Matchday Volunteers
Our roles on matchday are integral to the success of the logistical operations around the stadium and play an important role in providing donations that help us continue to positively impact the community.
All our matchday volunteers receive a free ticket to the game and a free pie at the kiosks.
